- Early morning departure from Cusco.
- Visit to pre-Incan “chullpas” in Ninamarca and the colonial town of Paucartambo.
- Ascent to Tres Cruces viewpoint (3,900 m) for a stunning sunrise.
- Descent to Manu National Park to observe unique flora and fauna.
- Arrival in Pilcopata (700 m) and accommodation at Tikari Lodge.
Day 2: Pilcopata / Atalaya Port / Boca Manu

- Breakfast and transfer to Atalaya Port (500 m).
- 7-hour navigation along the Madre de Dios River.
- Wildlife observation: birds, monkeys, and reptiles.
- Arrival at the lodge in Boca Manu with an optional night walk.
Day 3: Boca Manu / Otorongo Lake

- Transition to the Manu River with sightings of caimans, turtles, capybaras, and jaguars.
- Arrival at Otorongo Lodge and visit to an observation tower by the lake.
- Guided jungle walk and dinner at the lodge.

- Quiet boat tour on Salvador Lake to spot giant otters, caimans, and rare birds.
- Afternoon rest at the lodge near Otorongo Lake.

- Boat ride and exploration of Amazon trails to observe more wildlife.
- Return to the lodge for relaxation.

- Wake up to howler monkey calls.
- Boat ride along Manu River to Boca Manu, then to the Madre de Dios River and Rainforest Lodge.
- Overnight stay at the lodge.

- Visit a parrot clay lick.
- Navigation to Atalaya Port and transfer by private vehicle to Cusco.
- Arrival in Cusco around 6–6:30 pm.
