- Arrival in Puerto Maldonado from Cusco in the morning.
- Transfer to the Madre de Dios river port and one-hour boat ride to the Lodge.
- Room assignment and brief rest.
- 2-hour jungle hike with a guide, observing vegetation, 500-year-old trees, and wildlife (parrots, macaws, monkeys, snakes, butterflies).
- Night boat ride on the Madre de Dios River to search for caimans and capybaras.
- Dinner at the Lodge.
Day 2: Monkey Island - Tambopata National Reserve - Lodge

- Early wake-up (5:30 a.m.) for birdwatching from the 40-meter canopy.
- Breakfast and visit to Monkey Island to spot various monkey species.
- Boat ride to the Tambopata National Reserve and 5 km hike to Lake Sandoval.
- Wildlife observation (birds, monkeys, sloths) and boat ride on the lake.
- Possibility of seeing giant otters or black caimans.
- Return to the Lodge at sunset, dinner, and free time.
