- 4:00 AM: Hotel pick-up in Cusco, start the journey through the Southern Valley.
- 2-hour drive to Pitumarca, where we’ll enjoy a buffet breakfast.
- Visit Checacupe to see 3 historic bridges:
- Inca Bridge: Built to unify the Inca road network.
- Colonial Bridge: Stone bridge from the Spanish colonial period.
- Republican Bridge: Modern metal bridge.
- Arrive at CCAIRAHUIRI Base, where instructions on using the ATV are given.
- 20-minute ATV ride to reach Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca) at 5,036m/16,522ft.
- Guided tour of Rainbow Mountain with explanations about its colors and ecosystem.
- Stunning views of Apu Ausangate, the “creator of waters.”
- Descend by ATV back to the base, followed by lunch.
- Return to Cusco around 4:00 PM, concluding the full-day tour.
