- 8:00 AM: Hotel pick-up and departure to the dock to board the boat.
- First stop: Uros Floating Islands, where you’ll learn how these islands were built on the highest navigable lake in the world. The visit lasts about 1 hour.
- Next stop: Amantaní Island. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the lake during the journey.
- Upon arrival at Amantaní’s port, local families will welcome you.
- A 30-minute uphill walk to a family’s house, where you’ll settle in and have lunch.
- In the afternoon, optional hike to the Pachatata sacred mountain, coordinated by the guide.
- Evening: Local families host a traditional party for visitors, providing typical clothing for participation (optional).
- Dinner and overnight stay at a local family’s house.
Day 2: Amantaní Island - Taquile Island - Puno
Day 2: Amantaní Island - Taquile Island - Puno
- After breakfast, the local families will take you to the port to say goodbye.
- Depart by boat to Taquile Island (1-hour ride).
- Enjoy a walk to the main square, visit local craft shops, and learn about their customs.
- Visit a local family to learn about their traditions.
- Have lunch, then walk to the second port of the island.
- Return boat trip to Puno, arriving around 3:30 PM.
